Tonja’s experience in nonprofit leadership and organizational operations informs a practical approach to consulting: understand the people, examine the systems, and connect organizational commitments to everyday decisions.
Her work centers on the relationship between leadership, institutional accountability, and equity. She partners with leaders to examine organizational challenges thoughtfully and identify practical paths toward stronger, more aligned institutions.
Tonja is a doctoral candidate in Applied Social Justice at Dominican University. Her ongoing scholarship informs the development of the Co-Conspiratorship Framework and her exploration of shared responsibility for institutional change.
